Unfortunately the weekend is almost over and that means its back to work tomorrow...boooo to that. On a happier note, even though I'm extremely tired...the weekend was pretty darn good! Had two hockey games, moved Mike's bigger stuff out of his old apartment and into his new place with his Fiance Coleen and then had a little BBQ/pool time at Coleen's place too! I forgot how much I love swimming and just relaxing in the pool.
Hockey games didn't go that well; we lost both games 2-1, but I feel like we finally started playing well as a team these last few games. Had one assist in today's game and played pretty good I thought. Mikey played out of his mind the last two games as well. One game left in the season, then a month and a half off till next season starts since we will not make the playoffs :-( Oh well what can you do...better luck next season for us.
Last night at the BBQ we had some grilled veggies (squash, zucchini & mushrooms), grilled chicken with BBQ Sauce, and some salad. Very enjoyable! Tonight we're having sauteed flounder with some broccoli in a cheese sauce. I think I may make some squash with it as well or maybe some green beans, possibly some corn LOL.
Well today's blog has been very random and I'm going to attribute that to my over-tiredness. Next week I will have better things to talk about since we'll be back on schedule with our South Beach dinners. Till tomorrow all!
