Time to get back on the horse

Well I've been away for a while...but I'm back!  Things have been crazy, the big bachelor party weekend was a huge success.  Mike and Joe I think had a blast and I believe everyone else did too.  It was a long few days, a lot of driving...of course Chris hit a snag in flying like usual and missed the Orioles game but he made it!  The game was a lot of fun as well.  My biggest thing during the weekend was at times trying to eat well.  Yes, yes yes, I know that I was on a mini vacation and shouldn't think about it that much, but I have too.  Needless to say I did fairly well.

I stayed the same weight from our last update (last Tuesday)...but gained a pound from when I left on Thursday.  All in all, not bad in my opinion.  I ate well at dinner, but like crap for the rest of the day I feel and lots of drinks too.  Not as much as some others, but...still a good amount.

Dinner both nights of the trip was amazing!  At the Italian restaurant an appetizer of Eggplant Rolitinni stuffed with a seafood stuffing, topped with a vodka sauce and fresh mozzarella.  Main course was Veal Sorrentino - Veal, topped with eggplant and mozzarella!  Soooo good!  The second night, at the steakhouse, I had a 16 oz. NY Strip with family sides of sweet mashed potato's, green beans and creamed spinach.  The appetizers were awesome...Seafood Towers (shrimp, clams, oysters, lump crab meat, and a lobster sliced in half) and I even had to get a bowl of Lobster bisque.  Now I do try to pride myself on being a connoisseur of Lobster bisque...and this place was in the top 6 I'd say.  Still nothing comes close to the Chowder Pot in Branford, CT.

That's about it for tonight people, gonna finish up watching America's Got Talent then probably hit the hay!  I'll be back on a regular schedule now for the blogs and all until I go out to Las Vegas for the 2011 AlphaGraphics conference.
