Larry and Balki...gotta love em!  We are so happy we shall do the dance of joy!

Well just wanted to drop a quick line before I head off for what should be a most excellent weekend.  We'll be down in Atlantic City till Sunday...yes I said we'll...Erin and I both have bachelor/bachelorette parties the same weekend, in the same place.  Both were planned outside of the other knowing till pretty much all the planning was done.  Too funny.

Today was my last day at work since I'll be out the rest of the week but also last official day at Norwalk.  Monday I'll be moving down to our Fairfield location to be the store manager down there.  Have some good ideas so lets see how fast we can "turn" this place around.  Sad leaving the good team I have in Norwalk, but will have a good team in Fairfield and will still be working/interacting with the Norwalk location.  Wish me luck!

Tonight for dinner was a quick one again...sauteed chicken breast in a quicky white wine reduction with garlic and some summer market vegetables.  Instead of brown rice like we normally would used I splurged and used one of the last few Uncle Ben's :90 rice things we had in the pantry.  Everything turned out very nicely and dinner was ready to be plated as soon as Erin walked in the door from picking up her brides maid dress for our friend Theresa's wedding.  She also tried on the dress and it was a good couple of sizes too big from when she got fitted the first time.  So all in all the stuff we are doing is definitely working. 

A long weekend of food, drink, baseball, pools, gambling, girls (maybe LOL) and food is set to begin.  Hopefully i'll win big!  Talk to you all on Sunday. 

Also PS...very sad that this will be the first Harry Potter movie that Erin and I will not be able to see on the first day it comes out   :-(
